ShadeWave LLC subscription services are fully refundable for up to thirty days from the purchase date. You may call or email ShadeWave but emailing us needs to be acknowledged by email (A ShadeWave representative needs to email you back that we received your request for refund). Shipping and Handling is not refundable
The Reference Targets, Shade Arm and other products other than ShadeWave subscriptions (see above) and camera kits (see below) are refundable for thirty days from the purchase date minus a fifteen (15%) percent restocking fee. Refunds for these products are made only if the packing seal has not been broken (no refunds on opened packages, even if not used). Shipping, handling, repairs and support fees are non-refundable and are paid for by the customer. A Return Authorization Number (RMA) and Pre-approval by a ShadeWave, LLC representative, in writing is needed before a return will be accepted. Returns made by the customer to approved dealers will be handled by that dealer and not ShadeWave, LLC. All sales are final after the thirty days.
DentalFoto Camera Systems are guaranteed with the following conditions. Returned components must be in new condition with all unfilled warranty cards, boxes and sealed manuals included. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Pre-approval in writing needed before return. Subject to 15% restocking fee. All sales are final after 14 days from shipping date. Training and support fees are non-refundable.
